During this winter, I spent more than 3 dreary, winter days not liking the way the day was going, but not doing much about it. When I finally challenged myself to do something I knew would help, each day transformed into one that was much better.
But each time, I had to nudge myself into not just letting it happen to me, and empower myself to make the change that was needed. Sometimes, that's the way it is.
