The winter blues struggle is real!
I am creating this website & blog for the tea drinkers, the homebodies, and the bookworms (like me) who already know how to create comfort at home but who still struggle with winter and all that it brings.
I want to show you how hygge can help! Together, we can create a plan so you can use hygge to prevent or lessen the symptoms of winter blues or seasonal affective disorder.
This winter, instead of just wishing it away & giving in, like I did for so many years, fight back the way they do in Denmark. If they are the happiest people in the world, in spite of the winters they have, then we can learn from them when winter comes.
